Come celebrate with G-EBS for our 40th anniversary Graduation Banquet.
Remember to set your calendars for Thursday May 15, 2008. The GEBS Banquet will be held in the Norris Student Center and will begin at 7:30 p.m. This year's theme is "Stepping Out: Keeping Our Eyes on Jesus" – Matthew 14:28-29.
The keynote address will be given by Rev. Virgil Woods, Pastor of Allen Chapel AME Church of Rockford, IL. Pastor Woods is a G-ETS Alumni, as well as a former G-EBS member. Contemporary Jazz and Gospel entertainment will be provided by the James Martin Band and G-ETS' own Ecclesia Dance Ministry will minister thru the gift of dance.
Ticket sales will begin very soon and we will be sure to let you know as soon as they are available. Prices are set at $45 dollars with discounted prices of $35 for students and $25 for children under 12. You will have the option of either a pan seared salmon or a roasted chicken dinner after having purchased your ticket.
